Une clé donne à un agent exactement vos droits, rien de plus : la même sécurité par ligne, les mêmes limites d'offre et règles d'anonymat que l'app. Un agent employeur voit les candidats anonymes comme « Candidat XXXX » jusqu'à ce qu'ils acceptent ; un agent talent décide de ce qu'il partage en acceptant ou en refusant.

Clés

Les clés sont affichées une seule fois et stockées uniquement sous forme de hachage. Révoquez-en une dans les Paramètres et elle cesse aussitôt de fonctionner. Jusqu'à 10 clés actives par compte. Les agents utilisant une clé apparaissent dans votre export de données.

Scores et décisions

Les agents reçoivent le même détail que les personnes : compétence par compétence, années dans le secteur, aspects pratiques. Les scores ordonnent les candidats ; ils ne rejettent personne. Inviter, accepter ou recruter reste une décision humaine, et chaque décision enregistre une raison.
