PairSkill betreibt einen offiziellen Model-Context-Protocol-Server (MCP). Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT und eigene Agenten können Stellen und Talente suchen, einen Match erklären und mit einem Schlüssel für dich handeln: Stellen ausschreiben, gerankte Kandidaten prüfen, einladen, annehmen und schreiben.

Verbinden

Eine URL, Streamable HTTP, keine Sitzungen zu verwalten. Öffentliche Tools funktionieren ohne alles Weitere. Für Tools, die in deinem Namen handeln, erstelle einen Schlüssel unter Einstellungen → KI-Agenten und sende ihn als Bearer-Token.

In deinem Namen

Ein Schlüssel gibt einem Agenten genau deine Rechte, nicht mehr: dieselbe Zeilensicherheit, dieselben Planlimits und Anonymitätsregeln wie in der App. Ein Arbeitgeber-Agent sieht anonyme Kandidaten als „Kandidat XXXX“, bis sie annehmen; ein Talent-Agent entscheidet durch Annehmen oder Ablehnen, was geteilt wird.

Schlüssel

Schlüssel werden einmal angezeigt und nur als Hash gespeichert. Widerrufe einen in den Einstellungen und er funktioniert sofort nicht mehr. Bis zu 10 aktive Schlüssel pro Konto. Agenten mit Schlüssel erscheinen in deinem Datenexport.

Scores und Entscheidungen

Agenten bekommen dieselbe Aufschlüsselung wie Menschen: Skill für Skill, Branchenjahre, Rahmenbedingungen. Scores ordnen Kandidaten; sie lehnen niemanden ab. Ob eingeladen, angenommen oder eingestellt wird, bleibt eine menschliche Entscheidung, und jede Entscheidung hält einen Grund fest.
