The service
PairSkill matches candidates and roles on structured skills and shows an explainable score. Scores are guidance for people, not automated decisions.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your login secure. One person or organisation per account.
Candidates
Rate your skills honestly. Assessment answers must be your own. You control whether employers see your name.
Employers
Post real roles only. Use PairSkill in line with employment and anti-discrimination law, and make hiring decisions with human review. Do not contact candidates for purposes other than the role.
Fees
Prices are shown on the pricing page and exclude VAT. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Money never buys a better ranking.
Liability and changes
PairSkill is provided as is. We are not a party to employment contracts. We may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance. Hungarian law applies. [To be reviewed by counsel.]
