How PairSkill collects, uses and protects personal data.

Who we are
PairSkill ("we") operates the PairSkill skills-matching platform. Contact: hello@pairskill.com. [Company name, registered address and company number to be added.]
What we collect
Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), language. Talent profile: field, skills, skill levels and years, industries, work preferences, assessment results, endorsements, optional portfolio. Employer data: company name, role descriptions and requirements, invitations and messages. Technical data: logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
To match candidates and roles and show the score breakdown; to let employers invite candidates and both sides message each other; to secure and improve the service. We do not sell personal data and we never use names, photos, age or gender for matching.
Who can see what
Anonymous profiles: employers see your skills, levels and score, but not your name, photo or location, until you accept their invitation. Public profiles: listed in the talent directory with your name. Employers' names and roles are visible to candidates.
Processors and storage
We use hosting, database and authentication providers to run PairSkill. [List of processors and data locations to be added.]
How long we keep data
While your account is active. After you delete your account, profile data is removed within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records. [To be confirmed.]
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, and complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH). Email hello@pairskill.com to exercise these rights.
